Safety Agreement and Liability Waiver

• Limiting Range of Motion, Power, Force, and Speed: This can be achieved through appropriate settings and adjustments, as well as utilizing current-limited power supplies and employing mechanical design principles.
• Implementing physical barriers, safety enclosures, and clear guidelines for maintaining a safe distance from the operational components.

By acknowledging and agreeing to these safety precautions, you expressly waive Rbotic Labs from any liability, to the extent allowed by law. This includes absolving Rbotic Labs from any financial responsibility for damages, injuries, or losses incurred when using Rbotic Labs products.

Warranty Policy

Unless stated otherwise, Rbotic Labs products come with a one-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.

During the warranty period, Rbotic Labs will, at its discretion, either repair the product free of charge (excluding possible shipping fees), provide a replacement product of equivalent value and functionality, or issue a refund for the original purchase price.

This warranty does not include:

• Any condition resulting from mechanical damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence

Rbotic Labs expressly disclaims all warranties or conditions not expicitly stated above, to the extent permitted by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Diagnostic procedures may be required before a claim is allowed.

Digital License Agreement

Rbotic Labs Digital Products are provided for educational use and personal use only.

Unless provided with express written permission from Rbotic Labs, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution, sharing, or transfering Rbotic Labs digital products.
• Using Rbotic Labs digital products for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to, resale, distribution for financial gain, incorporation into commercial products or services, or any other activity that generates revenue or benefits you financially.
